When I founded Foodchem 15 years ago[2006], I thought more about business value and desired Foodchem to become the leader in Chinese functional food ingredients industry. As I get closer to this goal, I think more about customer value and social benefits. From a pure businessman to a professional food practitioner, this is the most giant secret of the development of Foodchem until today.
Persistence and Concentration: accumulated more values over 15 years
Since its establishment, Foodchem has been committed to becoming the leader in China's functional food ingredients industry. We hope to unite and lead a group of proactive people, with a frank and open mind, serious and pragmatic work, to provide our customers with professional and efficient products and services.
It is our concentration on food additives and ingredients that makes our 15 years’ development with profound accumulation. Since the day before 15 years till today, I think the most important is the persistence and concentration. Similarly, when we were in the Business College two years ago, Dean Wang said that to do business is to make small incision and dig deep. Over the past 15 years, Foodchem has practiced this very well. After firmly believing in the industry of food additives and ingredients in China, we have been deeply concentrated on this industry for 15 years. I think this may be a very important reason why our company has been able to develop till today.

Recognition and Trust of Global Customers: the motivation of Foodchem's sustainable development
Over the past 15 years, our business has covered more than 120 countries and regions, and we have served more than 5000 customers. Over the years, so many customers have great commented on Foodchem, in overall, it is very remarkable.
Take food safety for example. We belong to the food additives and ingredients, which serves for the food industry. The food industry produces food, related to life and health, which is a conscience project. In terms of food safety, the safety of food additives is particularly important. If there is a problem, the chain reaction or the consequences are very serious, so food safety is no small problem. Therefore, as a practitioner in the industry of food additives and ingredients, we believe that food safety is the first priority. Moreover, we have established a relatively perfect SOP operation process from the process selection to the process quality control and the control in the transportation process.
After more than ten years of development, we established a good reputation in the industry, now more and more famous international customers choose to work with Foodchem; for these customers, they are most valued the product quality, stable supply, sustainable and stable quality, so our entire customer structure is in constant optimization. We adhere to the control of product quality over the years, I think it is very worthwhile.
